Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:
1 can chick peas
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup cubed cucumber
1/2 cup fresh corn
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
salt, as required

Method:
1. Mix the chick peas, spinach, red bell pepper, coriander and red onion in a large bowl.
2. Add olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, chaat masala to the bowl and toss everything together.

Eat the salad with some hot soup or with some toasted bread.
